Perfectly located in Whitstable, this spacious two-floor home offers a comfortable and welcoming stay for families, friends, business travellers and contractors looking to enjoy the coast and surrounding area.
The property features two beautifully presented king bedrooms and one single bedroom, comfortably accommodating guests for both short and extended stays. A modern bathroom with all essentials is provided for your convenience.
Relax in the cosy living space with comfortable seating, TV and fast WiFi, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Whitstable.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with outdoor seating, ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dining or relaxing in the fresh coastal air.
The home also benefits from free parking and a fully equipped kitchen, making it a practical and comfortable base for your stay.
Guests have full access to the whole property.
At Perchd, we pride ourselves on a smooth booking/check-in process! Our team is ready to help from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.
🏡 RULES:
No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.
🚗 PARKING:
We have free private parking on site with space for 2 car.
🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a clean to can be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.
Travel Cot:
There is a travel cot available but we advise guest to bring their own bedding as we do not provide this.
