  • Benvenuti negli splendidi Cooinda Gardens 5 sull'isola di Hamilton. Questo bellissimo appartamento fa parte di un piccolo complesso con una splendida piscina in comune. L'appartamento è dotato di un golf buggy gratuito per l'intero soggiorno; Cooinda Gardens 5 ha alcune delle migliori viste del complesso in quanto è l'appartamento finale! Ci sono 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni con il master al piano superiore e le altre camere da letto al piano di sotto. Gli alti soffitti rendono questo enorme appartamento ancora più grande. Questo è il posto perfetto per una grande famiglia o anche due gruppi più piccoli! A nostro avviso, le proprietà di 4 camere da letto di Cooinda Gardens sono tra le proprietà con il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo dell'intera isola. Situato sul tranquillo lato nord dell'isola di Hamilton, Cooinda Gardens 5 è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi, distendersi e godersi tutta quella configurazione di Hamilton Island:

We stayed at Cooinda Gardens 5 while visiting the island for a work conference. The accomodation fit our needs perfectly, views were stunning, and getting around on the buggy made it super easy. Thanks for having us.

Loved the relaxed nature of the venue was plenty enough space for the nine of us and had amazing views. Airport shuttle was prompt on time for pick up and drop off the complementary buggy was a nice addition aswell. Overall was an amazing experience

It's perfect for big family or small group.

It is just a good size for group and nice ocean view from belcony. We really injoy our stay. But little pity is the kitchen ventilator and aircon dosen't work at all, no one come to fix after called manage DP.

The house us beautiful. As a recommendation some basics could be added such as salt, pepper. If you have guests staying for a week supply enough dishwashing tablets etc. More tea towels, and dish cloths.

Amazing view. Clean and well maintained. Main Air Con failed on us the last day but we were offered a portable one or extra fans. (Unable to get a tradie as was a Saturday). Pick up and drop off by friendly staff was lovely and effortless. Would definitely book this apartment again

Absolutely beautiful! Just a note: few things that need fixing, the kettle was leaking on the bottom, light above kitchen sink not working & ice machine broken. There was no potato masher or scissors.

Cooinda Gardens Hamilton Island

We absolutely loved our stay at Cooinda Gardens from 1st April until 6th April 2024. We travelled to Hamilton Island for my daughters Wedding which was on the 4th April. The views from the balcony were stunning as was my daughter's wedding pictures that were taken in the house and on the balcony. It was very clean, loads of room especially for large families like ours, Netflix was great for the rainy friday we all spent at home, bright and airy and just that nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of the Island. Having its own buggy was great to get around. The pool was fabulous. Cooinda Gardens will always have a special place in our hearts as it was the place my daughter left as a Bride. The service from the team at Hamilton Island Holiday Apartments was fantastic as I had to call them a couple of times, not for anything house related, just a couple of questions I had. I would have no hesitation in booking Cooinda Gardens 5 again or recommending it to family and friends.

Great property for a group of people although the young people staying downstairs complained about the excessive noise when people were walking around upstairs. The views were amazing and the living area spacious. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but would be good to have some basics included such as salt, pepper and additional dishwasher tablets etc. The buggy was sluggish at times but we were thankful to have use of it given we were so far away from the restaurants. I would recommend this property to family groups or friends and would stay here again

Great House on Hamilton

It is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fearly well equipped but no big serving bowls. Also, it would have been nice if there were basic consumables like enough dishwashing liquid and tea towels, some foil, baking paper, salt, pepper, etc. It is very inconvenient to shop for those basics if you are on a holiday. But, all and all, it is a great place and I will easily stay here again.

Excellent Property (some flaws)!!

We were an extended group. Grandparents, kids and partners, kids. Overall a really nice stay, supported by good pick up and drop off service. The property is airy, well positioned at end of group, with excellent easterly views. Clean and well equipped (mainly) It is at the North end of the island, well away from restaurants. So it is well suited to family groups who cook (and the IGA is very good). Unfortunately the kitchen while having excellent facilities let itself down with lacking crockery and other cooking essentials. I have communicated these to Pete the host and he has committed to action. To be blunt, the cleaning items and dishwashing tablets etc weren’t enough, there was only one baking tray (for a good 900mm oven), only 3 wine glasses, blunt knives. We encountered an BBQ empty gas bottle which ruined our first nights meal. Pete was very good and acted on what he could. The door to the main balcony was running metal to metal so it took a major effort to move. To be fair, these were annoyances - we had a great time and would happily stay there again. The cart supplied was ok but would only do 4 trips and back to the Marina before the battery light flashed. To get the whole house of 8 requires two trips so it does limit what you can do. I’ve advised Pete of this, you may wish to check on booking to see if it is improved. Being overtaken on hills when in the cart solo, by a family of 4 was an indication of an issue.

Fantastic property for a large group

We stayed for a family holiday. We had 6 adults and 2 teens. The great thing about this house is the large living area and the 3 bathrooms and a powder room. The buggy is reasonably new and works well. We were transferred to and from the airport with ease. We were also lucky to get a bonus late check out . Very happy we booked this property. The service we received was excellent

Our little touch of Paradise

Great property for a large group of people. Quiet location. Beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen. Having 3 bathrooms is a bonus. Would recommend to family’s and couple alike. We had a great holiday.

Lovely property, really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week at Cooinda Gardens 5. The apartment easily accommodated my wife & I, my parents, and my 2 adult children. The two decks (the views from the main deck were beautiful) and very large living area allowed my children a space to separate off from the rest of us when needed (organising their courses and text books for the next semester via the free wifi) but still within earshot to join us for lunch or when heading out somewhere. The gardens around the property and the pool were well maintained, enhancing our experience. The buggy was also very handy in getting out & about. Bedrooms (and beds) were comfortable and the access to the jack&jill bathrooms was also great as it allowed my parents to have a bathroom to themselves, while we had the ensuite. The only issues were that the oven didn't seal properly, but this was not a problem for us as our preference was either to eat out or cook on the barbecue provided, which leads me to the other issue which was there was nothing to clean the barbecue with. Other than these minor issues we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. Great property, strongly recommended.
