Imagine ending the day in the Smoky Mountains soaking in a hot tub on a covered porch, cool mountain air drifting through the trees, while dinner sizzles on the grill and the fire pit crackles nearby.
That’s a pretty normal evening at Mountain Due.
This newly built mountain cabin was designed to be the perfect basecamp for exploring Western North Carolina while giving you a cozy place to recharge afterward. The cabin itself may be brand new, but we’re not. We’ve been hosting guests in the Smokies for over 7 years, and all of our properties proudly maintain 4.8+ star ratings.
In other words, you’re in experienced hands.
And once you arrive, it tends to feel like you picked exactly the right place.

A Few Friendly Mountain Notes
Mountain Due sits in a mountain area, which means:
• Roads may be gravel, curvy, and steeper than city roads
• You may see wildlife like deer, fox, groundhogs, or other local critters
We maintain the property regularly, but insects such as spiders, ladybugs, and mosquitoes occasionally appear. That’s just part of mountain living.
Road Noise Transparency
This cabin sits off US-74 and across the river, which gives it fantastic proximity to nearby towns.
Because of that convenience, there can be noticeable road noise outside, and occasionally faintly inside. Some guests notice it more than others, but we always like to be transparent.
