Sunset Farms – Deer is a cozy, single-level 2-bedroom cabin made for an easy mountain escape. With a queen, a double bed and twin pull out couch in the living room it ( sleeps 5), a full kitchen, fast WiFi, central A/C and heat, a smart TV, and a community fire pit for evening s'mores, it's got everything you need to unplug. Pet-friendly, so your dog is welcome to come along too.



You're just minutes from all the best of Western North Carolina — hop on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, hike and tube the waterfalls at Deep Creek, paddle down the Nantahala, cast a line or float the Tuckasegee River, or head to Harrah's Cherokee for the evening. Spend your day exploring the national park, then return to the peaceful river valley and a quiet porch to relax on.



Inside, you'll find hard floors, plenty of natural light, and enough space to spread out — everything you need for a few relaxing, unplugged days in the mountains, close enough to town for dinner but far enough to truly get away.



Good to know: Cabin #3 Deer is a 500 sq ft cabin with one full bath and free on-site parking, part of the small Sunset Farms community.

Our laundry room is a shared amenity available for all guests staying on the property. To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you be courteous and mindful of others who may also need to use the washer and dryer.

Please help us by following these simple guidelines:



• Avoid leaving laundry unattended for extended periods..

• Promptly remove your items once the cycle has finished so others can use the machines..

• If someone is waiting, please limit your laundry to what you need during your stay..

• Be respectful of quiet hours if doing laundry early in the morning or late at night..

• Leave the laundry room clean and ready for the next guest by removing lint from the dryer and disposing of any trash..

$500 fee per undisclosed pet
