This adorable house features 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and heating during your stay. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, getting ready in the morning will be a breeze. Experience what Derby has to offer with a stay at our marvelous house.

Welcome to Fabulous Derby! This charming home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in a cul de sac.

In the heart of Derby, it’s just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment including the Dinosaur park and The Sandbox.

-Master bedroom has a bathroom that includes a shower and older style sink.
-Downstairs the bathroom has been remodeled. Completely tile shower, tile floors and a granite countertop

Neighborhood:
This house is located in the heart of Derby!It’s close to all that Derby has to offer. Minutes from multiple parks, fast food and has easy access to the K15.

This is a Non Smoking Home

Please note:
-The back of the home is located on a busier street. Some noise can be heard.
-The backyard fence is a shadow box and has bigger openings
-The Dishwasher is not mounted. Do not open.
-This is a quiet neighborhood so please keep the noise level low after 10pm
-There is no washer and dryer

This home is nice and roomy. We were also very happy to bring our dog and make use of the fenced back yard. The home could use some cosmetic updates, but the beds were comfortable and the a/c works great! We really appreciated the flexibility of our hosts as well as the awesome communication!

Comfortable Spot in Derby

Check-in was easy because the property manager had great communication! Nice full kitchen, spacious areas to relax and unwind, and nice large beds in each bedroom. The axe throwing set in the basement was a nice touch!There was one unfinished room in the basement with Sesame Street murals on the walls, a bit jarring being with the furnace and water heater in there too - but we had fun with it.

Seeing the Dudes in Wichita

Great place to stage out of for a fun filled few days in Wichita. Convenient and easy access to down town, but far enough away that it was a quiet little neighborhood. Plenty of room for everyone to include our two pups. The host was responsive. We had no issues. Would stay here again!
