There was only one thing that I think needs to be changed. The 3 large photographs opposite the elevators were offensive to me, as someone who experienced an urban wildfire. I would like to stay at this property again, but I really would like it if those photographs of an urban wildfire were replaced....

“Finally, I found the perfect hotel for all my future visits to Portland. The location is very central, close to all the districts, and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming—especially Assad. The rooms were cozy and spotless. It’s a family-owned boutique hotel, and you can truly feel the personal touch”
“I love staying here, it's affordable and the beds are comfy. I omly wish the bathroom had a fan (to vent out steam and smells), and some of the bunks didn't have their storage drawer blocked off.”

Check in/out was fast and easy.
Has small cafe and art gallery attached to hotel. (Great for picking up my morning Red Bull.)
The room was clean, had a good view and felt comfortable.
Only downside, no hotel parking garage, only street parking.
Plus side: staff was the absolute greatest at helping us to find appropriate parking!
Every employee we encountered as very friendly and helpful.

“This property was so fun to stay at, they had restaurants available in the lobby and games that you could take up to your room. Even with a kiddo it was such a fun experience and they had dancing and fun activities at the bar. The best part was that everything was within walking distance of the hotel!
