“Fantastic Hotel Very Clean And Nice Looking. Check in took a while as only one person was available. Had to call ahead in regards to getting a medical fridge it would have been nice if they plugged it in so it was ready to use when we got there had to wait for it to get cold in order to safely use it. We have a pet and it is quite the trek if you have a squatter dog that needs to use the facilities the nearest grass is literally across the max line and not easily accessible. They said there...

“Hotel coloratissimo e particolare. Si trova in una zona della città piena di ristoranti e molto gradevole e sicura la sera. La fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e consente di spostarsi facilmente in altre zone di Portland. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. ”

“We stayed in the room with a queen and 2 bunk beds, which was perfect for our needs. The kids loved it and so did we.”

“Room and bathroom were clean. Lobby is basic and beginning to wear down. Staff interactions were purely utilitarian - not really there for customer service satisfaction, just for basic exchanges. Half of the time they were not at the front desk when we needed them (eg to store our luggage for us), so we had to call them by phone and eventually a person came out. Our stay was totally fine but customer service was underwhelming for sure.”

“Ryan was so awesome. Checking on us the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. Room did not come with microwave so we called to get one, didn’t think about getting a refrigerator to store our food but Ryan did, he sent one up. To me this was A+ service. ”
