“Staff were lovely, the room was nice however not maintained to a five star standard as an armchair was heavily stained in the room and general upkeep could have been better. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely, spa was nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff all friendly and helpful. “Brownover Hall hotel is a beautiful and grand building. The rooms are nicely decorated and feel luxurious, but comfortable. The team at the hotel are friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is great too. You don't need to leave the place to have a lovely time, but there is a retail park nearby if you fancy some shopping. Highly recommended.”
