"Hi, I did not enjoy my stay at the resort due to an unpleasant experience that affected my overall comfort. I called the resort line before booking and was asking the best way to have my family of 5 (3 kids , 2 adults) to stay together thru a connected rooms or in a vila. No one mentioned anything ..."
