“Great location!”

“The only issue was the screen door to the balcony was old and didn’t lock. We kept the door open anyway to hear the river. I was a little concerned someone might walk in when we were asleep. Otherwise a great spot right on the river!”

“Very nice property. Beautiful view of the mountains! Quiet and clean. There's a nice outdoor seating area where you can sit and watch the birds, burn some wood in the fire pit or look at the mountains.”

“Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible...

“Hotel basico un po fuori dal centro di Estes. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, si di OK, colazione BASIC (caffè + dolcetti confezionati). Personale gentile. OK per prezzo non esagerato (per Estes).”

“This is a great hotel in the perfect location. The room with the sofa bed and two TV's was nice. However, the directv satellite was in and out all night which is understandable because there were storms in the area. The heat and A/C were also not like other hotels. The machines only do so much. When I was there it was May and I just opened the window and door to the porch. The porch was also great for relaxing.”

“Struttura splendida nel Rocky Mountain Ntl Park con l’impressione che si possa fare di più e meglio. Servizio inesistente: abbiamo trovato qualcuno alla reception solo al check out. Camere non rifatte e asciugamani non sostituiti dopo la prima notte ci poteva stare. Ma un solo kit per doccia per due persone per due giorni sembra eccessivo. Mancano i frigo in camera ed anche questo ci può stare. Ma la macchina per il ghiaccio non funzionante per due giorni diventa un problema. Qualcosa da...
