“we love the stay.. clean place with wifi, the kids loved the swimming pool. staff were excellent. we booked for 2 bedrooms but was given a 3 bedroom with no extra price. security was tight. we will always lodge there.”

“I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes...

My booked room had blinds missing from one window (so no nighttime privacy); but the gent on duty promptly moved me to an upgraded Executive room when I reported the issue. In contrast the night watchman was far from the gate listening with earbuds so I had to buzz then yell then bang to, finally, get his attention.
