“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and very peaceful. We were unable to find an outdoor light to be able to use the pizza at night so we just cooked inside. We loved the electric blankets and the fireplace, although it took a while to get it started as the wood inside was still damp. The gardens were immaculate and we loved the swing set. Definitely a great place for a friends weekend away.”

“We had a lovely stay at Dormie House from 6th - 10 July. We had a room that was clean yet really small to be honest . There was no where to hang clothes, apart from two pegs to hang our coats on. That was a bit frustrating. Also painters came in on the second day and the strong smell of enamel paint permeated into our room ...it was awful , I ended up with a terrible headache and went down to reception to see if something could be done. “Lovely to have received lots of contact regarding arrival as I thought I would arrive after hours. Lovely greeting when I did arrive. Basic cabin for solo traveler. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was. The shower was great and everything I needed was in the very dated cabin. Met my needs and I’m happy to have stayed as I felt safe and it was an extremely quiet caravan park.”

“Very basic accomodation. Photos show the property in a very very good light (maybe heavily filtered), we were disappointed at how old and “motel”-like it felt. Room also had a musky odour, could be due to its age or from a pet.”
