“Albèrgo nuovo, situato in zona strategica vicino le principali arterie. Stanza grande, servizio quasi inesistente, pulizia poca... Addirittura la stanza è stata pulita 2 volte in 6 giorni, così come il cambio biancheria”

“When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked...

“Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc”

“Nothing. Terrible staff. Unclean. They checked me out 1 day early and someone from the hotel absconded with my $58 in groceries. The didn’t care!!! They put all of my personal items in a large trash bag. I hope that the person that stole my groceries really needed them.”

“The staff (Jake) was extremely helpful in resolving/ clarifying the failed reservation process on Expedia’s end. We ended up having to cancel our Expedia reservation and reserve a room directly through Aloft with Jake. We ended up paying more for the same room but we were in a time crunch and didn’t trust Expedia to get everything sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Jake…you were awesome! Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to park in the hotels parking lot overnight. There was...

“Clean room great staff”

“The place is very well located and great value for money. The only grouse I have is lack of housekeeping. For a family of 5, daily housekeeping is much needed - what with changing towels, beverages etc. When I asked the Front Desk about it, I was told it's done every other day and were surprised nobody told me about it during check-in. But other than this - our stay was very comfortable.”
