“Great stay with an unexpected need”

“AC couldn't keep room cool. It was so humid they brought a dehumidifier in our room. They key cards would deactivate and we had to go get them re activated 4 times. The card readers on the outside doors and the door to the pool didnt work because the batteries were dead. We couldn't get into the pool because the staff didnt have a regular key to the door. Once someone broke into the pool door, they used towels to keep the door from shutting”

“We recently spent 5 nights at the hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and had a large array of different food. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go back if we ever get in that area again.”

“The kickback from 530 to 7pm was very good making with the 3 free drinks. Great perk! It will keep us coming back to drury inn! The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were very well appointed.”

“The room was dingy. Maybe because I had a pet room? But it seemed it could have been cleaned better. It smelled and the floors didn’t seem clean. The pool water was so cloudy I didn’t feel safe letting the kids swim and the breakfast made us all sick. Usually my experience is better, hopefully it was an off day.”

“Fridge was dirty, not a lot of breakfast options, slow wifi, pool was locked but we didn’t bother asking so I’m not sure if there was a reason why…other than that it was fine”

“Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.”

“Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton.”

“This is a smaller place but perfectly located next to restaurants and shopping. The room was quiet and comfortable and the buffet breakfast gave lots of options. There's no elevator, so fortunately I was on the first of two floors.”
