“The check-in was very easy and Amber was great. Our rooms were very spacious. We were impressed by the quality offerings and the selections at the breakfast. Staff at breakfast were polite and attentive to our needs. ”

“Love the location of the hotel. Close to stores and restaurants in downtown. The staff was very helpful, even the maintenance man. He checked on us just to make sure everything in our room was working appropriately. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.”

“Hotel a pochi passi delle cascate, dove è possibile passeggiare sul river walk. Peccato aver scelto la camera con vista sulla città. Camera dotata di balcone, spaziosa con Arredamento moderno. Wi-Fi Potente o inesistente a tratti. Colazione buona con cibi dolci e salati.”

“Parking was easy. Hotel was being worked on and looked a little ruff. If I'm correct, the third floor was the only one finished or at least that's what it looked like. Smelled because of the work being done. There were homeless people living in the back where we parked our cars. ”

“The entrance on side was dirty and the floors. Does not make you feel good. The staff was helpful. If mantained this property could be beautiful. Just not a three star.”
