“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden. The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant. However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “The overall vibe of the hotel and location was perfect. Very friendly staff and nice welcoming gifts and details. The only thing I missed was a TV in the room but I understood afterwards that it is part of the concept of the hotel. And although my room said to be partially ocean view, this was a minimum but on the otherhand really enjoyed the lounge areas by the pool and sea.”
