“My stay was very horrible! I didn't have any TV for the first week and also no Internet during most of my visit! No one came to even check on the room for cleaning or anything! The property wasn't well maintained! During my visit since there were no Internet I still had to take my fiance to another city just for her to work! My visit was very HORRIBLE!!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause.”

“Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent.”

“Very clean room, great staff at front desk, decent free continental breakfast. Happy customer decent price for Biloxi.”

“The attendant at the front desk told my daughter that it was a $4 charge per towel when she asked for clean towels. There were little ants all over the breakfast bar. The elevator floor stayed covered in smashed candy and dirt. You could see the black footprints of dirt and grime on the tiled floors. Other than that, it was fine.”

“I was at the casino today, and it was raining outside. Sitting inside in the chair, drops of water fell from the ceiling.”

“I liked that it came with a 4+ rating. That it is not. The oder in the foyer had the sent of marihuana. One side of the front desk area was for the continental breakfast was totally without lighting so you could not see what would be offered in the morning. . Again there was an oder that was not even covered up by the smell of paint. My group had reserved 4 rooms for a 3 night stay. All four parties canceled their reservations. As of yet I have not been able to get a full refund. I...
