Castelli a Williamsburg

“Lady at the front desk was rude”

“Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again.”

“The property was very nice and had adequate grass for my dog to use.”

“Very clean and convenient to restaurants in downtown Williamsburg.”

“Clean room and very quiet at night. Bed was a little hard for my wife’s tastes but everything else was great.”
