Beautiful 1 bedroom condo with a view!

Feel spoiled in this 1 bedroom condo, located in a private gated resort community!

Bedroom offers King bed as well as sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. Enjoy dinner in, around the dining table. Electric fireplace in living room provides a cozy ambiance.

Enjoy golf course views, located on the 9th hole of the River course. Covered balcony to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee.

**This condo does NOT include the private members only Kingsmill Resort amenities.

This condo is located just a few minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country, Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Campus of William & Mary. Plenty of great restaurants and outlets nearby as well. Our complex has an outdoor pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day weekend.

Wireless high speed internet provided, with two 50 inch smart tv's for you to sign in to your personal streaming services.

Walk to the Mill Cafe just across the street for coffee, breakfast sandwich or lunch. Playground next to the cafe! The Kingsmill Spa is just walking distance from the condo. There are 4 miles of beautiful walking trails around Kingsmill and you can watch the sunset from the Marina beach.

This is a second floor condominium. No elevator, stairs required. Ring doorbell. Owner available for any questions during your stay!

Everything was great! We really appreciated the little amenities like soap, shampoo, bottled water, etc. Bed was comfortable and the entire condo is beautifully decorated!We took advantage of the dining on the resort and found everyone to be friendly and accommodating. The entry to the resort was easy as well. It was just a fantastic stay!

Beautiful condo, tastefully furnished in updated Williamsburg style! Soothing shades of blue and gray. And the furniture was ALL so comfortable! The condo faces one of the tees on the golf course, with soothing views of the course - and also lovely sunsets. Close to the main building at Kingsmill, and also the tennis courts and numerous walking paths. We had a couple of questions while we were there, and Crysty was always quick to respond. All in all, a great getaway experience for my husband!

This has truly been our best VRBO experience by far!The host has thought of everything, providing all the amenities we could possibly need, from shampoo and conditioner to extra beach towels and a well-stocked kitchen with spices. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundant hooks for hanging wet towels and the comfortable spots perfect for reading.The gorgeous views from the back balcony were a highlight, and the condo offered plenty of space for multiple guests. The proximity of the building to the Kingsmill Resort main lobby building was also incredibly convenient.Thank you for an exceptional stay.

My husband and I enjoyed the property very much. It was very close to all of the places we wanted to visit. The property had a great restaurant, bar, and pool on site which was a nice additional perk. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. Great spot!

Wonderful

Came into town for a soccer tournament. I wanted something nice for my girls. This property was so pretty inside and very convenient to restaurants and cafes. A little beach on the river to swim, and a pool. So much better than staying in a hotel. It was exactly what we needed and the communication was great.

Great place!

This location was situated in the perfect spot. We never had to travel more than about 20 minutes to get to all of the colonial sites and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We were even able to take an evening and drive to Norfolk for a baseball game. I would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Awesome location to relax and go for a stroll

Had a wonderful time at this condo right on the golf course. Was a quick walk to really nice views of the river and to resort community restaurants. Everything in the house was really lovely and I had everything I needed to prepare meals, relax and the stay was overall comfortable and hassle free. Totally recommend and hope to go again next time I'm in Williamsburg and need a little getaway from my everyday. Thank you!

Lovely condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and well equipped so that we were able to prepare our Easter dinner. We enjoyed walking trails in the neighborhood and the proximity to many things that Williamsburg has to offer.
