“The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...

“This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior...

“The apartment is conveniently located in Rittenhouse square with a bakery just next door. We enjoyed the city and walk to most locations but transportation is easy to get. The apartment is not suited for individuals who have difficulty with stairs or have large pieces of luggage as the stairs are a tight spiral. The apartment was just as described and worked well for my husband and I. We enjoyed our stay and loved spending time in Philadelphia. Hope to be back soon!”
