Your Martins Beach adventure begins at this fabulous 3-bedroom house. A contemporary retreat overlooking the Rancocas Creek (connecting to the Delaware river). It is just 20 miles to Philadelphia and 25 miles to Lincoln Financial Field (World Cup). Enjoy open concept living, designer finishes, a massive new deck, and serene waterfront views. Ideal for families, long stays, and anyone seeking space, style, and tranquility near the city. Perfect for anyone wanting modern luxury with waterfront serenity.
Inside, guests find a perfect blend of comfort with one king bed, two full beds, and three twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Three bathrooms offer both a bathtub and shower, ensuring convenience for everyone. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down, the thoughtful touches make every moment easy. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything this amazing house has to offer.
The home is tucked away on a small quiet lane. Each room has a different feel, as well as plenty of space for your items, and is kept extremely clean for your comfort. Bathrooms are easily accessible, with the main bedroom (first floor) having an ensuite, and the other two bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom, as they are upstairs. This leaves the half bath, which is conveniently located next to the Livingroom.
