“It took over an hour for us to get an hour. The fire alarm kept going off. It went off during the middle of the night we always standing outside. No one gave us the OK to come back in. The fire department came and said nothing. The fire department came the second time during the middle of the night and also said nothing we smelt smoke on the fourth floor, but they said it wasn’t smoke that it was a shower and made the alarm go off. No one said anything no one came to give us towels, clean linen...
