Hotel vicino a Willowwood Arboretum - Far Hills

“At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago.”

“Housekeeping didn’t change my sheets in the 7 nights I was there. Also never replaced an empty toilet paper holder nor the spare. I had to go to the desk to get some. Had a room at the back of the hotel on the first floor. Whatever was made for breakfast every morning smelled very strong in my room. Also might have a a function and the food smelled super strong. Did not love that at all. Made me nauseous. Staff was nice at the front desk.”

“Check-in was quick, and we were asked for a $50 refundable security deposit (booked through Expedia). Parking was plentiful, even during the last weekend of June with a World Cup match nearby. I inspected the room with a UV light, and the bedding was very clean. The bathroom was also clean, though there was a noticeable urine odor upon entering. A better disinfectant or room spray would have helped. The room was quiet with good sound insulation. The gym was limited, with no treadmill....

“Qualità della colazione buona, aumenterei solo la varietà. Palestra buona e funzionale, struttura un po' vecchia e pulizia un po' da rivedere (alcune macchie sulla moquette zona bagno). Nel complesso una buona esperienza, sicuramente tornerò...”

“Easy, plentiful parking. Comfy, clean room. Helpful and polite staff. I was a little sad to see that the Starbucks is no longer there in the lobby/bar area. But that's not a big deal. This is a very nice hotel. Also easy to and from local roads.”

“I am normally not one to complain about anything however, the hallways and room at this hotel smell like mold and smoke. When we walked into the lobby upon arrival a guest was allowing her dog to urinate on the lobby carpet in front of the front desk rep and nothing was said to the guest. Carpet was never cleaned. Our TV had hardly any service during our stay, Maintenance came up once to fix it and the issue kept occurring. Our room key card had to be reset at least twice a day during our stay...
