“Ottima struttura. Personale professionale e accogliente. Gli ascensori e la zona colazione dovrebbe essere più attenzionata per la pulizia. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è poco e il lavoro di rifacimento delle strade crea difficoltà di traffico. ”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking was plenty. Breakfast was kind of similar everyday, just the form of potatoes was different (for vegetarians).”

“The property and rooms were super clean and comfortable. I was so surprised to see this hidden GEM in Chicago. It is close to Devon street where we love to go for food and shopping so GEM will definitely be our stop every time we are in Chicago area. Breakfast was so good not the usual buffet at other places but a made to order and hot and yummy. The service was outstanding. I would give it a 10/10 and totally recommend it.”

“Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station.”

“Impossible to cancel reservation I made reservations through Expedia to stay here for a trip to visit family. Note at the time I made the reservations there were no notices that the reservations were refundable. Up to this point I've never had an issue with a hotel in which I couldn't cancel the reservation and get the full refund as long as the cancellation was made in advance of the check in date. A week after making the reservation, we got word of a family emergency and I immediately...

“A very well priced motel in a very expensive area. Good access to downtown Chicago via the El as the motel is only 10 minute from the station. It's not a fancy motel but it was, for the price, very nice.”

“Didn’t like wooden floors in room”

“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“Great place and neighborhood to stay. Walked everywhere, including to the beach. The room had everything I needed. Fresh coffee and breakfast items steps from my room in the morning. Will stay again. ”
