“Rooms was disgustingly dirty and falling apart But staff and common areas are nice”

“Ottima struttura. Personale professionale e accogliente. Gli ascensori e la zona colazione dovrebbe essere più attenzionata per la pulizia. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è poco e il lavoro di rifacimento delle strade crea difficoltà di traffico. ”

“We didn't eat breakfast so can't comment. Staff was responsible and helpful. Room was clean and our stay lovely despite the extensive road construction leading up to it.”

“This is a very basic option. The room was clean on arrival but not once cleaned in 3 nights 4 days. There is next to no staff, entrance from the outside works with the room key. The place is shockingly ugly even by the standards of these hotels. Aircon is so noisy that it's hard to sleep. For what it offers the price is offensive”

“Excellent location and stay. Highly recommend the restaurant - great breakfast and menu for lunch or dinner. Super helpful staff. Used the business room and had lunch delivered to it from the restaurant. Restaurant also prepared something for me to take out. Would stay there again!”

“Stayed with family and overall experience was good. With this price you can’t expect more. Free breakfast included cereals, oats, yogurt and juice.”

“Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...

“The first room that was assigned to us was terrible; small, looked like a basement although it was on 3rd floor, had only ugly white lighting! Luckily the staff listened to our complaints and changed it immediately to a normal room. The staff was kind and polite. Our room was clean. Breakfast had a rich menu. However, there was no complimentary water bottles (we were told that the hotel ran out of water). They were being sold though.”
