"My room was never clean in 3 days I was there, I asked for my room to be cleaned and they kept telling me someone was coming to clean they never did!! I was very disappointed about that’s, I asked them for clean towels for my sister and I!! The staff were nice but they didn’t care about the room ..."

"The staff was nice but the toilet in the room ran non stop, the bathroom sink faucet was completely detached, the drinks in the bar were outrageously expensive and the pool was not very clean. It has potential but it seems like they are letting the place go. Great location though."
