“Very nice hotel, brand new. Clean room and staff were very kind”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“Large room. Comfortable bed. Light in bathroom not working. Had to speak to staff through glass, sometimes difficult to understand. Sign at front dest showing Wi-Fi password was difficult to read. Hand written. I took photo of it to my room and still had to go back to the desk for assistance.”

“The staff was amazing. Very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and nice. The parking area felt unsafe. The Wi-Fi was terrible and the TV only gets 10 channels (no premiums = mostly news).”

“Upon arrival our checkin was probably the only thing that went smoothly. The hallways smelled of wacky weed and the carpet was filthy. The room itself had broken furniture and the bathtub/shower was peeling. As we arrived later and were leaving early a cancellation was not available. We definitly sleep on top of the covers and double covered our own pillows that we like to travel with. The breakfast area showed signs of cockroaches and the elevator did not work properly. I will never stop...

“The staff only support was giving me a plunger to unclog the toilet. The property was under construction and the amenities wasn't any. The dresser had burn marks the toilet unclean and the bed mattress was scary. I should be given a refund or rebate.”

“The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay”
