“The property was clean the rooms very nice. However, I booked that particular hotel specifically because they advertized that the morning shuttle to the airport started at 5:00am. As it turns out three hotels are served by the same shuttle and they couldn't assure me that I'd make my flight so, I had to book an uber. ”

“I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle running from 5:00 a.m. to midnight on request. However, when I checked in, the front desk clerk informed me that the shuttle is shared with four other nearby hotels and would not be available until 6:00 a.m. the next morning. Since I had an early flight, I was told to order an Uber instead. That was extremely frustrating and misleading given the way the shuttle service is presented on Expedia’s website.
