With a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a swinging day bed, and the opportunity to spot majestic Texas white-tailed deer, guests find everything they need or want on the property. We can also assist you in crafting the perfect getaway with a private chef, charcuterie delivery, decorating services, in-house massage therapists, and wine tour services. Check-In/Check-Out and Guest Access:
Guests staying at The Lazy Lavender Treehouse will gain access to it via a smart lock. All access details will be provided after a booking is confirmed, and smart lock codes are changed after each stay to ensure guest safety.

We strive to give our guests privacy during their stay. We do not live on the property, but we remain available by text or phone in the event of an emergency or when you need us.

Any additional supplies or groceries are the responsibility of the guest(s).

At The Lazy Lavender, we respect our environment and strive to use only organic and sustainable products wherever possible. We clean and disinfect all houses upon each guest`s departure.

At the Lazy Lavender, we strive to create a safe, peaceful, and pristine stay for our guests.

Guests must be 21 years old to book. Max guests are 4 (this includes children older than 24 months)
We reserve the right to charge a penalty of $100.00 a night for each guest after four people.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property for our guests` safety. For additional visitors, please get in touch with the host.

We love pets, but the Treehouse is a pet-free property. An unregistered pet will incur a $500 fine. If you wish to bring your pet, please look at our other properties: the Artsy Cabin, Farmhouse, or Designers Cottage.

If you are bringing a service animal, you must register the animal with us prior to your stay and be aware that service animals can never be left alone in the house and must be kept on a leash at all times. We do charge $200 if pet hair is found on any furniture, such as beds or sofas. We charge an additional $300 if any dog excrements found in the house plus any replacement costs of any goods damaged because of it.

No loud parties and events. This includes excessive noise, so please refrain from fireworks and shooting. You know, the loud stuff...

This is a smoke-free house. If you smoke outdoor, please pick up cigarette butts. We will charge $50.00 if our crew has to pick up butts.

Smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500.00.

Free parking for 3 cars maximum.

Corporate events, photography, and filming for commercial purposes must be discussed with us first.
