Whispering Ridge Ranch è incastonato tra i maestosi panorami sulla collina di Wimberley, TX. Questo rifugio spazioso, elegante e appartato si trova in un romantico ranch di otto acri a soli cinque minuti da Wimberley Square, a 3/4 di miglio dal fiume Blanco, a pochi minuti dal Cypress Creek e dal Blue Hole.
La spaziosa casa di 3.500 piedi quadrati con tre camere da letto è arredata con gusto con ponti avvolgenti e vista sulle montagne da ogni stanza. Osserva i maestosi tramonti dal ponte multilivello o prova la televisione via cavo HD sullo schermo al plasma HD da 60 ″. Grande sui giochi? Metti alla prova una partita a Black Jack nella grande sala giochi.

E tieni a mente, Whispering Ridge ha un cortile per cui morire; con una piscina Grotto di nuova concezione che sarà sicuramente il favorito tra tutti i tuoi ospiti. Con una bellissima cascata che si approfondisce gradualmente, è come se stessi guadando il tuo oceano privato. E con un cortile grande come questo, c'è ancora molto spazio per una partita di touch football o una partita entusiasmante di pallavolo. Hai i brividi? O forse quella partita di pallavolo ti ha lasciato un po 'dolorante? Immagina di immergerti nella tua lussuosa vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni completa di cascata di vapore e altoparlanti musicali impermeabili.

Dinner plate was put away in cabinet was dirty. Dish washer is not anchored in kitchen (comes toward you when you try to open the door). Dish washer doesn’t properly drain (see previous comment). All of our party were over 60 yrs old (2 over 70) and there is no mention in the description about needing to climb a tight spiral staircase (with luggage) to reach the 2nd king bed bedroom. Anybody with mobility issues might want to take that into account. No Wi-Fi password in the info packet…had to call a call center in Asia to get the password!

Very quiet and nice view. A little hard to find and should note steep gravel road before driveway. Needs a deep clean/touch up painting. Dishwasher not anchored in and main kitchen faucet needs replaced. Specify that second king bed is upstairs. Lots of kitchen supplies and coffee options.

Annual YaYa Sisterhood Girls Trip

We always have a good time getting together but this property was in terrible condition. Following are what we found and some things are dangerous: Spiral staircase is only way to access extra beds Empty soap in shower Dangerous (dark) outside stairway to house from driveway No keys in doors to exit in case of emergencies (except for front door) No lamps in living area Need lighting on steps Lights in bathroom upstairs broken Towel rack in upstairs bath broken hanging off wall Overhead light fixtures upstairs broken Comforter in upstairs bedroom was dirty/had stains Dishwasher not secured to floor Extended room upstairs twin bed has broken wheel Need instruction book to operate Jacuzzi Stairs loose including railing on front of house Wall plug in dining room has short in it. Loose and coming out of wall

Panther Crossing

The property views from the house, backyard, and pool were beautiful. The kitchen was well stock with everything for cooking and entertaining. The living room, game room (first floor), master bedroom and dining areas we wonderful. On the negative side, the upstairs bedroom was very hot. The game/bunk room had a window air conditioner and kept the room ok. It needs some repairs both outside and inside (some wood rot, towel hangers pulled out of the wall, water feature into pool inoperative, deck lights wiring cut, etc.)

House on the hill

The house was perfect and the views were breathtaking!!! There were a few minor things that need a little TLC...like the kitchen faucet, coffee makers, the half bath, and the water filter in the refrigerator. Other than that everything else was great!!!

House with views and privacy

Great house high on a hill with views all around. The house has a split bedroom plan with a large entertainment/eating area in the middle. There were lots of games for all ages and the pool with a large covered seating area was perfect. The management company was one of the best we’ve ever dealt with and we would definitely rent this house again. If you want views and privacy, this is the house for you.

Quality time with family.

We had a difficult time choose a house for our short trip, but finally ended up choosing this one because if the view we saw on the pictures. Well the view was even better in person! The house was child friendly which we absolutely loved because we have two little ones. We loved that host had so many things available for us to use in case we forgot anything from home. The pool and outside areas were amazing especially drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony! We had a little issue with the ACE but as soon as I contacted the manager they were able to fix on the spot! They answered any questions I had very fast. We had an amazing time all around the house. From being outside in the pool and jacuzzi to playing in the pool table on the game room and even baking in the kitchen. This house really had it all. I would definitely recommend this place to more people and come back again!

Pool was the highlight of our stay

Located in a great area with a fantastic view. Smelled very clean when we walked in. House is very spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms and an open area living space. Had a great time playing pool downstairs. The swimming pool was nice and relaxing. Loved the decking; cool breeze most of the time. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. You really only need to take food if you want. Only a mile from downtown dining and shopping. Great food of all types to choose from. Not much of anything to do for kids in town. Temperature of AC was ideal on middle level but none blowing where pool table is located downstairs; kept stair door open to keep cooler. Upstairs was also on the warmer side. TV channels in the living area were awesome; great selection. All movie channels in master bedroom were in Spanish (did not favor this). The entire yard was overgrown with grass and shrubbery/vines. Stairs up to front door were blocked with a tree/bush as were the stairs to the pool. I tripped and fell on pool stairs. Red wasps were an issue during our stay, perhaps due to the overgrown lawn/landscaping issues. AC filters were extremely dirty (said they were due to be changed on 8/1), when we left; there was spider webs and dust on lamps in downstairs bedroom. The inside of the cabinets need a good cleaning.The carpets in the bedrooms could definitely use a deep cleaning as well. Would consider coming back again.

Wimberley Whispering Ridge Ranch

Overall we had a good time. A lot of the other reviews were accurate. Such as the lawn. It needed mowed and the lawncare team did show up during our stay. But I think the flowers/ shrubs/ trees need trimmed, especially the ones that lead to the pool and to the front door entrance. The spiral stairs is narrow but we didn't have an issue. The house is large and can accommodate a lot of ppl. I would stay again!

Beautiful View

The house was lovely. We did not have a big group but if you did this would make a great place for a couple of families to make memories. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch, chatting, and taking in the beautiful view.

A lot of money for what you get.

Pictures are a lot nicer than reality. Landscaping was terrible. Grass needed to be cut and a lot of weeds needed to be contained. The water feature from yard to pool doesn't work and they said it hasn't in a long time. A worker showed up and was checking water levels etc unannounced and i had 2 dobermans outside at the time. Luckily i was there to prevent that from going bad. Gas bbq pit was not working. Just a heads up for ppl with pets, property is not fully fenced except for the pool area. Mosquitoes were pretty bad and backyard had a sewage smell. Lastly, the top floor did not have good air conditioning at all. Stayed hot.

Heavenly time in Wimberley

A wonderful place to stay! Great views ! Well equipped! Even beach towels were provided. Many porches and outdoor spaces to enjoy! Nice pool! Very close to restaurants & shops of center of Wimberley. Very quiet, peaceful, relaxing place to stay - but yet very close to everything, including grocery stores. I will definitely be returning there !

Love the pool...beware stairs!

We were happy with the location (right outside of town). The pool is GREAT! There is LOTS of outdoor seating. The kitchen is SUPER well stocked. The house was clean. The downside...the spiral staircase to the 2nd bedroom and the "game room" area with the twin beds. It made getting luggage upsairs difficult. We definitely enjoyed our stay though
