Artista è una splendida struttura situata sulle rive del Creek Smith, offrendo agli ospiti un diritto tranquilla oasi nel cuore del Texas Hill Country. Questa proprietà è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi in totale privacy con 4. 8 acri per chiamare la propria. Passeggiare e godersi i quasi 1.000 piedi di facciata acqua che caratterizzano il torrente, stagno, piscina naturale stagionali e cascate multiple di stagione!

accenti di design e attenzione per i dettagli sono solo alcune delle cose che si amano circa l'interno di Artista. La prima volta che entra nella casa si noterà il grande salone con soffitti a cassettoni e ampie finestre per godere della vista dei grandi spazi aperti. Il grande e comodo divano è il luogo perfetto per coccole e leggere o guardare il trotto dei cervi!

La sala da pranzo nelle vicinanze, con soffitti a volta e una bella, in legno scuro tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 8, ha accesso francese porta alla terrazza coperta lato torrente e il prato livello di baldacchino da grandi alberi di quercia. Questa bella camera è un luogo piacevole per servire i vostri ospiti, mentre in vacanza!

La cucina aggiornato è il sogno di ogni chef, con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox tra cui un doppio forno, forno a microonde, side-by-side frigorifero / congelatore, quattro fuochi a gas fornello a gas, lavastoviglie e caffettiera. La grande isola centrale è perfetto per preparare il vostro pasto gourmet preferito. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, piatti, utensili e tutti gli elettrodomestici che tu o lo chef del tuo gruppo avranno bisogno!

Great spot!

Beautiful property. Great place in the Hill Country - the only complaints would be that they get the swimming hole cleaned up (there is a ton of trees and debris in what would be a beautiful swimming creak, which is now blocked and clogged to which can not be used as it is sitting water.). It made us sad to see, as it has been an obvious generational swimming hole that has been there for generations - which has not been maintained - and kind of offensive to the city and county of Wimberely as the Blanco relies on these creeks to main a constant flow. As a native Texan whose has been going to Wimberely for over 35 years we do not like to see natural creeks and swimming hole treated with such disrespect.

Birthday Trip.

This place was amazing. I wanted a quiet getaway. This place is not far out like I wanted. It is very close to a busy road. But IT WAS NOT an issue. The amenities were perfect. The house was clean. Bed was comfortable. I’d give it a 10 stars if I could. I already recommended this place to my friends. If I’m ever back in the area I will book this home for a quiet getaway again.

Beautiful home and yard!

Everything was just perfect except the furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable but the seating areas were not. The indoor and outdoor chairs were hard and/or uncomfortable. It also would have been nice to have some throw blankets to wrap up in in the den/tv area.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Centrally located for shopping and dining. Pool is a new added amenity since last time we stayed. It is gorgeous! This is our second stay. We will be back!

Excellent stay

We wife and I spent a week here and had a wonderful stay. We were surprised upon arrival to find a brand new pool which wasn't in the listing when we reserved it! The pool is surround on two sides by a tall privacy fence. It sits in the side yard of the house. The pool is well done with a nice concrete deck it. We spent a lot of time around the pool. Having a pool and a hot tub was great as we had both hot and cool weather during our stay. There is a large back porch with rocking chairs that face into a wooded area with a seasonal creek. There is a fire pit and wonderful live oak trees in the backyard as well. We especially appreciated the large covered car port that protected our rental car during heavy storms one night. We liked the open floorplan, stained concrete floor and large kitchen area. There is a gas stove, two ovens, a dish washer and nice refrigerator as well. You could comfortably feed a family in this kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. Four people would be very comfortable here and never feel pinched for space. Plenty of room to spread out and relax in the TX hill country at this property.We will stay here again!

Short break in Wimberley

Lovely house, very clean and well-equipped. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub or lovely backyard due to rainy weather. Location was great for visiting Gruene, Comfort and Utopia.

Excellent get-away

The property was just as advertised. My kids enjoyed the pool table and we all got in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The water pressure in the shower was great. Close to town, but nice size secluded property. Thank you!

Great house but small cleaning issues

Overall the stay was good. Pool table felt was full of animal hair upon arrival. Makeup stains on the sheets in master bedroom and one towel had red lip prints on it. View was great but would be nicer if the traffic from the nearby road couldn’t be heard when sitting outside. Nothing that made me want to leave. A relaxing trip.

Oasis for Relaxation and Recharging

We needed to get away from the city and relax and recharge for a few days. Wow! The Arista just outside Wimberley did not disappoint! The brand new remodel was beautiful and the house was spotless! The bed was incredibly comfortable with the softest sheets! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Perfect getaway

The property and house were perfect. Luckily, the weather was in the low 60s in the morning, so we could have coffee on back porch and watch the deer come through. We used the hot tub in the morning, too. Pros: - Live oaks are fantastic. - Lots of different options for outdoor seating. - House very clean. - Linens pristine. - Tons of natural light coming in. - Layout of kitchen, functionality, new cabinets, cleanliness - all pros. - Gas stove - Modern appliances - ice maker and water filter in the fridge door - this isn’t true of a lot of rental properties. (And it makes the little square ice that I love…) - Well-lit outdoor areas. - Nice covered parking. Cons: - It’s a somewhat rural setting, which is exactly what we wanted, but being on well/rain water system affected the water pressure. Lots of spurting out of faucets and in toilets and washer. This is a first-world problem, so it’s not a dealbreaker. - There is some road noise when you’re sitting outside. You can’t hear any road noise inside. We just noticed it when we were outdoors in the morning and just wanted to hear the birds. Also not a dealbreaker. (Most of the time, the silence is deafening!) So, all-in-all, it’s a 10/10 for us. Definitely would recommend and would return.

grear getaway

Great location ; 5minutes to 45 minutes from a lot of good places to visit . By the 2nd day we had 10 deer coming to the corn .Hot tub was awesome . The only 2 complaints I have are coudn,t enjoy my morning news and coffee because morning sun coming through door ; could not see TV at all . I would put shades on all windows and doors for a little privacy . The other minor issue was no hot water at kitchen sink .Beside that the place is awesome . We will definitely be back . Very nice property.

It was a very nice stay. Two (2) issues: The mattress in in master bedroom was not very comfortable and should be replaced. The Kitchen island is really the only place the besides the dining room table where you can set up a laptop, but there is no power.

Beautiful property

Overall, the place was great! Very clean, easy operation of grill, appliances, etc. The only negative was that we had really been looking forward to the hot tub, however, it was not in operation during our stay. The host reached out prior to the stay to let me know and kept me in the loop on the status. We discussed that we could fill the hot tub with a hose and at least have it as a dip pool for our stay. We filled it, but unfortunately all the water then drained out, though not from the drain plug (perhaps this was the problem, a leak?). Otherwise, the rental was completely fantastic, communication was excellent.

Wimberley Getaway

We are very impressed with the property. Convenient to the square. Remote enough to have aome peace. Hot tub, pool table were great. Covered parking was an added bonus during the golball sized hail storm one night. They checked on us after the storm. They even went out of their way to help us retrieve clothes we left behind. This will be our spot for our Wimberley trips in the future.
