Telephone didn't work, floor of the shower was dirty, urine in the toilet when we arrived, curtains were broken and we hade a room with the bright l.e.d. light post right outside, shower smelled of sewage, carpet felt as if juice had been spilled on the floor and not properly cleaned, bugs in the room, the courtesy products left by the hotel for guests were opened and used, and...
