My experience was thus: Pros: Cheap (cheapest room around) Quiet (no one bothered me) Cold (the air conditioning worked great; stayed cool in very hot summer days) Location (walking distance to a Target, a sporting goods store, a steakhouse etc. It's not a sketchy area) Downtown Keene is just 5 minutes away.
