“They charged us twice and took 2 different security deposits without returning them. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They rip you off.”

“Room was clean. Front desk was not very friendly and the proper was trashy and not attractive at all.”

“Close to casino, and free shuttle to and from was very convenient.”

“I stay here whenever I am in town because it's the cheapest and check-in is always easy, even after 10 pm. However, the room I had this time had some plumbing challenges. Clogged bath, loose toilet seat. Enough towels for one person and stained. But I understand many towels are stolen quite often at this location. The place always serves the primary purpose, which is a place to stay late when the races get out, and is easy enough to leave first thing in the morning. Grateful for the $22 discount...

“The kitchen did not have utensils of any kind, no plates or drinking cups. The TV remotes did not work even after staff came to check it out. Had to leave the TV on all night. Road noise was an annoyance making it tough to sleep.”

“Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole nonostante il fatto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola che sembravano usate. La persona al desk e' stata responsive e gentile. L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”
