“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“On our second morning, we were not able to have breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. They were out of sausage links. They were out of potatoes and they had a very small portion of eggs left no bagels, no cream cheese. This was at 6:30 AM.”

“Great location with great amenities. It is very popular for hockey and other sports families so it is very busy and full of kids running around. It was clean and the hotel bar and kitchen was great to have as an option for food and drinks.”

“Unfortunately we booked a 2 queen bed room and upon arrival we had a 1 king and pull out couch. We were traveling as a family of 3 and although the room worked for us it was disappointing and unexpected.”

“AC thermostat was broken. Lights were not working. Cold coffee and breakfast is so so.”

“Our room had a strong smell like someone had cooked food (onion smell) in it. Room was clean but very dark . Could you another lamp. The price was very reasonable and hotel was very clean ”

“The pull out mattress was dirty. We were only given a flat sheet and a blanket for pullout. The hot tub jets didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk. The bathroom fan was hanging by one screw. The second TV in the room also didn’t work.”

“Too many kids and walls are so thin that you can hear the person next door showing.”
