Hotel vicino a Winding Creek Cove Park - Michigan City

“El Casino está bien, pero el personal de recepción es lento y poco resolutivo, las habitaciones son bastante antiguas, especialmente el baño necesita renovacion completa. La piscina estaba cerrada por mantenimiento”

“Did not meet our expectations, for the price expected much more. I would not recommend the Michigan city area for anybody to take a vacation.”

“The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options.”

“We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more.”

“Low quality hotel, very loud, didn’t feel clean. Towels in the room were wet and stained. Front desk guy was rude”

“Didn't like the fact the elevator didn't work the pop machine either. The hotel has really let go of this property looks crappie i wouldn't stay there anymore”

“The hotel smelled horrible! the carpets were filthy. Breakfast was unedible. 1 ice chest for 4 floors and it leaked. The shower has mold on the grout. The hot water was cold. Plus no water pressure. The tiles were cracked and broken. We were left 2 large towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washclothes for 4 people. The shampoo and conditioner were empty (I brought my own!) The front desk was non existant. There was a phone number to call, but no one answered. bed sheets were clean and no bugs...

“Our room wasn’t ready when we got there (after 4pm) to check in. And then our toilet wouldn’t work, so we had to move rooms.”

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”
