Purtroppo la nostra esperienza nel hotel e stata oscurata dalla sparizione di 3 articoli personali rubati dalla nostra stanza e della quale sparizione la direzione non ha voluto assumersi alcuna responsabilità. Uno degli articoli spariti dalla stanza erano un paio di Hermes sandali da donna nuovi dal valore di 580 euro. Mai più. Peccato davvero. ”

“Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room. The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. The bathroom had a large, unused empty space, while the main room barely had enough space to place luggage on the floor. There was no fridge, and the decoration was very basic and uninspiring. “Comfortable bed, friendly greetings on arrival, clean kitchen area and lots to offer for breakfast. Fridge in the room which is quiet unlike some places! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean.”
