“The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.”

“excellent for walking distance to town. Our tent was off the side of the pool so with the doors open, we looked at a building. Liked the fire option, but unfortunately, although the bundle of wood was great because it was oak, it was impossible to start without kindling.”

“Cute vintage motel. Rooms are very small but efficient. Adult only pool was nice. Could have used some more active poolside service. Hotel had a large group of 5th graders staying while we were there and they were a bit wild with limited chaperones and hotel staff did not intervene. This made it difficult to sit outside for dinner. Local restaurants were fabulous and the coffee shop in town was great!”

“The hotel was charming and had a boutique, bed-and-breakfast feel. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delightful and delicious. The staff were friendly and always checked to see if our room needed refreshing. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.”
