BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This spacious home features two lovely bedrooms upstairs, each designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a mounted HD TV, dresser, walk-in closet and access to the full bathroom.

The full bathroom features double sinks and a full shower/tub combo so you can decide on a relaxing soak or a quick shower.
The second bedroom has a comfortable double-sized daybed with a twin-sized trundle bed that pulls out from underneath. This room has a closet and shelves so you can unpack and be right at home.

There is a second sleek modern bathroom downstairs in the finished basement. This bathroom features a spacious standing shower as well as a full-sized washer and dryer so you can keep your clothes smelling fresh while you travel. There is a third small twin bedroom downstairs along with a sofa couch in front of large HDTV.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the spacious open-concept kitchen and living areas. The living room greets you as you enter the home and boasts large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is also a comfortable sofa, two chairs and a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth to the sitting room.

The living room opens into the dining room which boasts a large picture window that overlooks Main Community Park and has seating for four people. The spacious, updated kitchen has sleek, stainless-steel appliances and an open-concept. There is a large granite countertop and tons of cookware, plates, silverware, spices and glasses so you can enjoy a home-cooked feast.
The kitchen also has a Keurig coffee bar and is fully stocked with cream and sugar, or you can make yourself a cup of tea. There is an adorable breakfast nook further back into the kitchen- the perfect place for a cup of coffee or a quick bite to eat.

Downstairs, in the finished basement, you will find the second living room. This huge room has plush carpeting, a leather sofa sleeper and a couple of extra seating chairs so you can gather around the large, HD Roku TV mounted on the wall. Or you can sit at the desk and get some work done, or grab a board game and start a tournament. The room is lined with windows so there is plenty of lighting, making it the perfect place to hang out.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the gorgeous Colorado weather and outdoor space with our private backyard. There’s easy access through the door in the kitchen, and after a few steps, you’ll find yourself in the spacious and private backyard. There is a deck attached to the door which has a few comfortable outdoor chairs. High fencing surrounds the large, four-person hot tub so you can relax and enjoy the outdoor sectional. The backyard is fully fenced so you can let your pup run around and enjoy the grass.

There is also a covered front porch that looks at the street and Main Community Park. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, or grab a yoga mat and greet the sun on the porch.

This home captures the character of the Town of Windsor in its a rapidly developing community located in the heart of Northern Colorado between the mountains and the plains where open sky meets towering peaks. It prides itself on its small-town charm, top-rated programs and events, safety and service.

The Neighborhood:
This lovely home is directly across the street from the Main Park. This park boasts two playgrounds, multiple tennis courts, horseshoe fields and a large, open field with shady trees. This park hosts many different festivals and events in the town of Windsor! The NEW SLEDDING HOEDOWN HILL, is only 7 mins from our home!

The home is only about 5 miles East of I-25, which brings you south into Denver. Or, you can stay on County Road 32 headed West and get to Highway 287, which will get you to Fort Collins. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood in North Colorado.

Getting Around:
Windsor is located off of State Highway 392, which connects to Highway 25, and 287. This means you can easily access Fort Collins, Greeley, Boulder, Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Windsor is part of the Poudre Express Regional Bus Route which connects various Northern Colorado Cities- check out their website!
Uber and Lyft are also available.

Other Things to Note:
This house is right across the street from a public park .The park sometimes hosts festivals and events.
You may see some wildlife during your stay including rabbits, deer, prairie dogs and maybe a snake or insect. Please be respectful of them and leave them alone. Feeding wildlife is illegal in Colorado.
