Court Windsor

Windsor Court è una comunità residenziale pianificata a breve termine in un ambiente rurale nel comune di Windsor, contea di Aiken, Carolina del Sud. Al termine, il sito di sei mesi e un mezzo acro sarà composto da otto residenze up-scala che offrono uno e due camere da letto, due bagni en master suite, completamente arredato e dotato di un ampio e comodo cucina con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. I servizi includono pavimenti in legno, illuminazione ad incasso, un ampio deposito con ductless riscaldamento / raffrescamento a basso consumo energetico e di acqua calda senza serbatoio con nuovi elettrodomestici, tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Anche sul sito al termine sarà di nove unità su scala attraverso siti RV Questi siti saranno a breve termine e manterranno un ambiente simile a un parco con tutti i collegamenti necessari in ogni sito. Attualmente, ci sono due residenza maturati e un terzo in costruzione.

Windsor Court è un pioniere nel fornire un ambiente di alto livello per i residenti a breve termine e nell'area di Aiken, SC.

William & Ute, and their son-in-law, Rich, are fabulous hosts! The cabins are all beautiful and clean with everything you need. They are very responsive to any needs or requests. A lovely family and property.

Excellent Property - 2 flags

Incredible place, very quiet with occasional birds and dogs and roosters but that is the charm of it. I found it wonderful and loved it. However, 2 things may not work for you so please think about these before committing to rent. Potential renters please understand that satellite internet is like dial up modem service 30 years ago, extremely slow and not reliable. If you absolutely must have internet this property is not going to work for you. Verizon LTE works in the area, a bit spotty but functional and is much, much better than the satellite internet. But, it can get terribly expensive going that route, I mean using your phone as a hot spot. You must travel by vehicle at least a mile in any direction on dirt roads to get to the property. The roads are not good for your vehicles' suspension. If you have an older vehicle whose suspension is not so good, then all the better. If you have a new(er) vehicle, the suspension is going to take a beating. Neither of these are the fault of the owners, they have no control over them. That which they do have control of is wonderful.

Very nice stay

My wife and I stayed here for about 6 months. This was an great stay for us. The house was everything we needed. Plenty of space for the both of us. The immediate grounds for the house we amazing and spacious. Plenty of room for us to walk our dog. Overall, for what we needed and for the amount of time we were there, I don't think there would have been any place better.

Very cute backwoods place!

Had a great experience here. Very quiet & relaxing. The owners were wonderful- very nice people. They helped with any of our needs or anything that needed to be fixed ext.. very great about it. We had no issues. Very comfortable setting. The owners did a great job with the interior & exterior designs of the place. Would highly recommend if your in the area. I will definitely be back again.. Thanks William & Ute for everything . :)

Fantastic

Bill and Ute were the best. The property is magnificent. The house was well appointed with beautiful furnishings. I highly recommend this place if you have pets. I had a couple of big Danes, that I’m sure were a pain for them.:) Bill and Ute were great with them. I’ll be going back. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Very upscale modern retreat

We loved the accommodations and it had a perfect layout. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed the roomy spa like bathroom. Our hosts were great and very helpful. William and Ute did so many little thoughtful things to make our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying at one of their homes.

A wonderful surprise in rural SC.

This house is wonderfully appointed. Bed is so comfy, linens are lovely. It is immaculate. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything is excellent quality. Hosts are amazing and go above and beyond. I didn't want to leave. Perfect!

what a wonderful surprise this property was

This unit appeared to be brand new and was decorated with care and good taste!. The bedding was of good quality, clean and very comfortable. I loved the bathroom and all of the special touches. The kitchen was simply but completely equipped. Overall the entire place was very clean and well presented, We can't wait to come back next year!!

Charming Home in Horse Country!

We just spent 2 months here with our horses nearby and highly recommend it! It is a beautifully decorated, like-new home and fully equipped (kitchen especially noteworthy). It is surrounded by abundant landscaping which will really be lovely come spring. But most appreciated was the kindly attention from owner Ute and friendly on-site manager Galen. They were non-intrusive but always there if needed. If there is a drawback, it is the dirt road leading to it--but this is rural South Carolina. It lends the property a certain odd charm :)
