Great location for wine tasting. Space is limited in baths and house is dark. We found beds were without flat top sheets just duvet covers. Property manager was responsive however informed us that another company handled the sheets and we were left waiting to hear if sheets were coming, they did not. The gas grill wouldn’t reach a temp higher than 250. Photos online and nightly rate had us expecting a higher-end property.

A perfect house and location!
If you’re interested in a great location from which to do wine tours in Sonoma and Napa, then this is the perfect house. Very clean and roomy for two couples. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pool is an additional bonus after a day of touring wineries. Our only minor critique would be that the yard area could use some improvements.

Not Fit For Seniors!
I had fully disclosed to the property manager that we’re 4 seniors traveling together. Never once was I informed about the very long walk from parking to the home along stones. There are no guide rails up the stairs to the front door. The “landscaping” is weeds. The pool cover was never opened because it contains debris and leaves. The inside of the house is cute and was clean. Overall, we were disappointed.

Thank you Liz for staying with us and for your input. I am so sorry that the driveway walk was too long for you. It is one hundred feet long and we provide a rolling cart at the entry. We always let people drive to the front door if mobility is an issue. As your intro request to me said that you were mature couples, it didn't even cross my mind to offer. And I wish you would have reached out regarding the leaves on the pool cover. It is not an issue to open the cover with leaves. We have beautiful heritage, valley and live oaks on the property that do drop leaves but have no impact on opening the pool cover. Our pool maintenance crew blows the leaves on a weekly basis. Liz, I am so glad you enjoyed or newly remolded home and I hope you will stay with us again.

Beautiful home and stunning view!
We absolutely loved our stay, private and spacious for our group. The view of the pool area and beyond was breathtaking. We had a wonderful weekend, visited some great wineries that were very close to the property and would definitely return here again.

Wedding Weekend
The property was perfect for six guests, really enjoyed the heated pool as it was a little cool during our stay . The view from the front porch was perfect with great sunsets over the vineyards and hills !! Our host was great with all of the communications prior to the trip!! We will definitely stay again when we visit The Healdsburg area!!

Great stay!
The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Convenient location, a couple of wineries are within walking distance and yet only a few minutes drive to the town. Very responsive communication by host from beginning to end. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect Get Away!
This was the perfect house for a girls trip to Healdsburg. The location was great, we were even able to walk to a few vineyards. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway
We returned to this property and enjoyed it just as much as our first time. The pool and view are lovely. The outdoor shower was just a delight. With the restaurants of Healdsburg close by, this retreat met our needs perfectly! Communication with the owner is top notch too. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing house and location
We stayed for a week at this lovely, very comfortable house. It was absolutely spotless and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals including sharp knives (which is very hard to find in a rental!) We have never had such thoughtful touches in a rental before (amazing soaps, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, fun games, books, spices, olive oil, etc.) The owner Nilus was super helpful as well. We had a problem with the water pressure the first day and he came out to fix it within hours of my text to him. The pool and outside area are fabulous and such a great spot to relax before and after wine tastings. Lastly, the location can’t be beat. It’s across the street from J Vineyards and Rodney Strong and a very short drive into downtown Healdsburg. The next time we are in the area we will definitely rent this house again.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Vineyard Vista. The home was well equipped with everything that you could possibly ask for in a kitchen. We enjoyed the large pool after wine tastings at both J & Rodney Strong. The house was so close to both tasting rooms.

Charming!
My girlfriends and I loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse... Nilus was attentive to my few questions prior to arriving, the house was beautiful, the pool and small vineyard lovely, and we even had a little fox family living behind us. An easy 5-minute drive into town. A sweet spot!

Phenomenal Heated Pool and Views
Our family stayed here with our young children. The heated pool was better than the photos! We enjoyed lounging on the deck and the kiddos loved swimming ALL day in the heated pool. The location was perfect (only 10min from downtown Healdsburg). We didn't cook because great restaurants were nearby with delivery. The house was very clean and slightly secluded from the main road, so you felt like you were on your private vineyard!

Great Home Base in Healdsburg
We loved our stay at this property! The house was very clean, the amenities were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. Additionally, the patio was lovely. It felt secluded, and yet we were a quick 5 minute drive from Healdsburg town square, and very close to great wineries like J Vineyards and Aperture.

Lovely house!
The house was perfect for my sister and I with my two young boys. We each had a bedroom and my boys shared a bedroom with twin beds. The pool was a fun daily activity for our boys, and the location is great. Just a few minute drive to downtown Healdsburg and walking distance to Rodney Strong. Cute place to stay!

Tugged away beauty
This house is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it is cozy without feeling crowded with 6 adults and two babies. Loved the privacy of the entire property. So much space outside to roam and play. Loved the soaps & lotions in the bathrooms...smelled amazing. One of my friends loved the space and wants to return to do a girls trip 😊

Perfect Retreat!
We needed to escape the San Francisco fog and to feel like it was summer! I am so glad I came across this wonderful property it was perfect for us all. The layout of the home is so great as you look over the swimming pool towards the vineyards and hills that is backlit by incredible sunsets! The place was very clean (amidst a pandemic this was very important!) and so comfortably and tastefully decorated. I hope we can return again! This was the perfect retreat for us even with the very vocal cow’s next door.

Wonderful wine country weekend
We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful setting for our weekend away in wine country. The property is picturesque and feels private and secluded, even though it's just a short drive to town. The house is well appointed and cozy. All in all, we'd love to come back and stay again.

Comfortable property very close to downtown Healdsburg. Beautiful front deck and pool area and well-appointed interior. We had a few minor issues with the pool but the property manager was extremely responsive and attentive to the matters. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location !
Vineyard Vista is the perfect location ! The house is very nice and comfortable. The pool is great ! We loved the sounds from the surrounding farms. The house is well equipped. It's a great place to stay since it's 5-10 minutes from hundreds of wineries and restaurants.

We will be back
We absolutely loved our stay! 2 families happy as clams that never wanted to leave. The house isn’t large or overly polished but has EVERYTHING you need. Obviously the owner uses the house as a second home as even the details are covered- like nice knives, tons of serving platters, and a well stocked kitchen. This place is perfect for a get away and we could not recommend it more. Next booking- girls trip!! We will be back, thank you so much for opening up your home to guests!

Great locale but...
Location of house was great for our trip. Pool and deck were lovely. Owners bottle of wine as welcome gift was nice touch. Beds were comfy. House needs some major work. One bath was so tiny and smelled of urine. Kitchen could use a major overhaul and items on kitchen should be gone through and restocked. HOUSE HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. This was a huge deal for us as daytime temps were over 90 degrees. We pretty much could not use the indoors until late evening after the sun went down. While the cows are quaint if you have to leave the windows open to sleep they will wake you up in the morning. Could be so much more!

Terri, So sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our cottage. We do state that the cottage has no AC. We also state that the neighbors have cows which most people enjoy the sounds. I did change the light bulb by the front door. Thank you for calling and letting me know. Again my apologies for any inconvenience .

A week away!
Property is in a lovely country setting and is clean. We did have to call the owner who is very easy to reach and responds to calls promptly. There are two maintenance issues which owner said he would repair now that he was informed of them. The children loved the country setting and the cows! Fortunately, the annoying rooster mentioned in earlier stays in the guest book is no longer a problem. The pool is lovely and well maintained. Good location with easy access to both Healdsburg and Windsor.
