“The staff is very friendly and so nice. Also very helpful. We had trouble with the toilet flush at first. The staff proposed their last available room but it was in a very bad state (wallpaper peeling, strong smell of cigarette smoke) so we decided to stay in the other room and sorted out the problem. The room was very clean and the inn is conveniently situated next to a few fast food accomodations.”

“TOO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS HOTEL SALEM ON OUR STAY. We checked-in late around 9 PM. After being outside watching 2 college baseball games in the cold, we just wanted to go to the hotel and go to sleep. The first issue was my keycard was NOT opening the door so I used my wife's keycard which worked. The second issue was the left sink was not draining, luckily the right sink was working. “Check in was great. All staff members we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated with nice furnishings. The lobby and other public areas of the motel were nice. Breakfast was good. Our 2 small dogs were welcomed without an exorbitant pet fee. There is a nice designated pet area. We would definitely return if back in the area. ”
