Our duplex is one of the most affordable stays in the area, not because it’s luxurious, but because we focus on providing clean and comfortable accommodations at a great value.

While it may not have high-end finishes, it’s thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable visit. We’re proud of our many positive reviews and happy guests!

The listing is priced affordably because it’s a family home that is temporarily listed on Airbnb, as the family will be away for an extended period.

This is NOT your next Getaway, ever!

The description online is NOT accurate. The smell when you walk in the door is a pleasant dead fish smell! NO AC when you open the door, which should have on vs 88 degrees. Hopefully, you bring your own water, because there is no water in the dispenser on the first floor or the second. In case you need to re-secure the window shade that is also taped with plastic wrapping tape at the top, pack some! AS a bonus, pack a few light bulbs just in case, since the one's at the top of the stairs are burned out. The Carpet needs to be cleaned and vacuumed too; it was not when we got there. The punched door and the top of the stairs to one of the bedrooms was a great decoration! WE were Unable to stay in the VRBO-THE SMELL! Philip lied to me and my husband of giving us a refund. "I give you my word, go online and cancel, you will get your money back". NOT SO. We could NOT stay in this place that should not be on VRBO! Philip was at first surprised by all the issue's and then became dismissive and rude and unprofessional! Left the place within 20 minutes! The place needs a lot of work! DO NOT STAY HERE, save your money for a Better, Cleaner, stocked and taken care place. Terrible host.

Absolutely Disgusting – DO NOT STAY HERE. Should Be Removed from VRBO. We booked this property for 4 nights as a family of four — and checked out after just ONE NIGHT because the unit was so filthy and neglected it was completely unacceptable. Where do I begin? Upon arrival, it was immediately clear the unit hadn’t been properly cleaned. The sheets were soiled, the dishtowels were stained, and surfaces were grimy and floors sticky underfoot. Several basic items were broken, including the microwave, lamps, and even cutlery. It honestly looked like the place had damage from a big party, not a vacation rental you’d expect to pay good money for. But the final straw? My young daughter stepped on a sewing needle that was embedded in the carpet. That’s not just unacceptable — it’s dangerous. We packed up and left first thing the next morning, informing the property owner immediately. His response was completely inappropriate and dismissive. He demanded photos of every issue (as though I should have documented the whole disaster instead of caring for my child and trying to get my family out), denied that the unit was dirty, and even suggested I had never accessed the suite at all — an unbelievable accusation. We have received no refund to date.
