Hotel economici a Winston - Salem

“I feel like they could’ve done a better job landing the bathroom in the room honestly also the toilet is so sometimey… it’s like one flush works then the next flush the toilet is stooped up also the elevator is a little weird and needs repairs had to take the stairs a few times. Cause the elevator took to long not that it was the end of the world for me but I mean what if someone who can’t use the stairs needs it? But overalll my stay was okay”

“When we checked in at the hotel, it was extremely bad like the outside of the property look like tornado ran through their. They had broken heaters on the floor of the hotel, when we went into the room the sheets had stains. Front desk denied us getting a new sheet, we booked the room for two days but how bad the condition was we left. Now front desk manager let us know to contact Expedia for our refund for the room. When contacting Expedia they explained to us that the hotel said we cannot get...

“Parking was ok, air conditioning was good. The room and linen was dirty. Staff was cordial I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean.”

“The property is very dated. Everything needs updating. The staff, with the exception of one lady, is rude, rude, rude!!!”

“This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment.”

“After checking in a thunderstorm came through a couple hours later and knocked the power out. There was no backup generator and the power didn’t come back on till after midnight. I stayed in my truck in the parking lot till power came back on. When I checked out the next morning, there was no offer of a discount or partial refund for the power being out. Would not stay there again.”
