“Had a very nice 2 day stay. Staff and lodging was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast selections were diverse & plentiful. Will stay here again if in the area!”

“At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.”

“We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed.”

“This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment.”

“The place overall felt a little run down- frayed carpets, spilt seams on the sofa cushions, etc. It was also a little off putting that we had to come back down to the front desk for bottled water, however the woman at the desk was extremely friendly. I believe her name was Aleeyah (sp?). There were no clean towels in the pool area and there were dirty towels strewn around, but housekeeping promptly responded to her request to bring more and today up.
