To make check-in easier and prevent lockouts or forgotten keys, we've installed keypad locks on our doors, no need for physical keys ever. You will receive a code that all guests can use to enter and exit the property on the day of check-in. Guests may arrive any time after 4 PM on the day of check-in. Early check-ins will be offered on a stay-by-stay basis depending on if the property is available at that time.
Exterior Video Recording:
•There is one flood light security camera attached to the garage overlooking the driveway and one motion tracking camera overlooking the road & area behind the garage. These cameras will always be on but are not actively monitored during your stay. They are there for safety and security for our guests and our property. No cameras are placed inside the home, no camera has any view of the interior of the property, no camera has a view of common gathering areas. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
