Nestled in Winter Park’s sought-after Bear Trail neighborhood, this spacious townhouse offers a front-row seat to panoramic alpine views and easy access to both outdoor adventure and downtown charm. Whether you arrive for powder-filled ski days, golden fall hikes, or quiet summer evenings, the home is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation.



Outdoor Living

Step onto the private deck and take in sweeping views of the surrounding ski slopes and mountain ridges. After a day on the trails, sink into the private hot tub beneath a star-filled Colorado sky, or gather around the outdoor dining table for a casual meal fresh off the BBQ grill. The heated garage makes it simple to store gear and transition easily from adventure to relaxation, with plenty of space for both skis and bikes.



Living and Gathering Spaces

Inside, the open-concept great room invites you to unwind by the glow of the indoor fireplace. A wall of windows floods the space with natural light while offering uninterrupted views of the peaks outside. Sink into plush seating and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. You can stream your favorite shows, movies, and series by simply logging in to your Netflix account. The app is already installed on our smart TV, and you can enjoy a board game around the large dining table. The house was clean and well supplied with towels and kitchen tools. The hot tub was wonderful. The location and Mountain View’s were beautiful. We were near by to all activities we were planning. Hosting management was responsive to needs that arose. Overall a welcoming and comfortable stay.
