Beautiful Rustic Home, 4 BDR + Bonus!

This beautiful mountain home is centrally located in the Fraser Valley. It is luxury in a rustic mountain setting. The home is situated on a large, wooded lot giving you the peace and tranquility you are looking for in a mountain getaway. Yet, the home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and many other mountain recreational activities. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, and more!

Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 11 other homes in the same neighborhood!

Sleeps 12 to 14 people comfortably. Our upstairs main level features our kitchen, dining, and living spaces. This level also offers our master bedroom with king bed and attached bath. Plus 2 queen bedrooms with shared hall bath.

Our entry level features our second family room and the fourth bedroom with two full over full bunks and full bath down the hall.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the large appliances, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home.

Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels.


Entertainment: The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High-Definition TVs with an HD satellite TV. Both entertainment systems include home theater speaker systems. We include a collection of DVD movies that are available for you to use. Additionally, we have an Xbox entertainment system for the kids. We also have a small collection of Xbox games for use.

High speed internet with Wi-Fi connection.

We have an outdoor hot tub. It is wonderful to sit in the hot tub after a day spent outdoors and enjoy the stars.

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels.

The home is heated throughout with radiant floor heating which feels great when walking barefoot through the home on those winter days or when getting out of the shower and stepping on the warm floor tiles!

We also have a heated oversized garage with plenty of room for your ski equipment and mountain bikes.

The 0.67-acre lot allows for lots of room for snowball fights and for making snowmen. It also has an excellent open area for a gentle but thrilling 150 ft. sled ride. The kids will love spending their extra time playing outside even after a hard day of skiing.

Rental Rules:

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9 pm to 7 am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 6 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking is allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

Free ski shuttle will take you to the resort, town, or the grocery store during peak seasons. The nearest shuttle stop is about 1/2 mile down the road. More information on shuttle schedules can be found on The Lift Winter Park. We are on the purple line with nearest stop at The Timbers. Please note this is walkable, but it is an uphill walk and can be difficult during the winter.
