Vasquez Condo

The condo is in a lovely place, overlooking the stream and with great views. With windows open you can hear the bubbling water. Inside, the kitchen is well-stocked and clean, but the carpet is stained and the downstairs bathroom smells badly (like cat urine). Three inside sets of doors were broken, some leaning up against the wall. To be expected, there are a lot of stairs, which are well-documented in the ad. However the stairs accessing the condo from the street level are not. These are steep and metal and not mentioned. It's easy to trip or fall on the concrete landing above, which I did. Required an ER visit on my first day in Winter Park. Not fun.

Amazing location sums it up

The location was great! The property management was completely unresponsive to our communication. We had to wait an hour past our check in time because it hadn't been cleaned yet. The cleaning team showed up about the same time we did and they were very gracious and cleaned as quickly as they could. The microwave didn't work, coffee maker was meh. We didn't mind the vintage 70s decor but the place is heated with baseboard heaters and the thermostats were not working. The Sauna did not get hot enough to use either.

Needs major updating, doors that don't close, torn up carpet in loft bathroom making it impossible to fully open door, nice views, but not easy access to mountain stream, broken lamp in loft BR, non functional porch light, only two rolls of TP and no paper towels, basic kitchen, broken but functional coffee maker, Disappointing.
