The chalet is located in the scenic ROAM neighborhood, just a short walk to downtown Winter Park and even closer to the free ski shuttle. For skiers and snowboarders, the included private overnight locker at the base of Winter Park Resort offers a stress-free start to each day on the mountain - no gear schlepping required.

Inside, the open-concept main floor offers plenty of space to gather and relax. A fully stocked kitchen with premium Jenn-Aire appliances and island seating flows into the dining area and living room, where a gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. Large windows frame views of the forest and river, and a sliding door leads to the deck with a built-in gas grill and outdoor dining table.
Kids and kids-at-heart will love the ground-floor "Rock Star Bunk Room," featuring two twin bunks, two twin trundles, a full bathroom, Smart TV, and a classic Nintendo 64. The nearby garage makes unloading ski gear easy, and a closet provides ample storage for coats and boots.

Sleeping Arrangements
On the third floor, the "Fresh Corduroy King Room" features an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms - one with a king bed and another with a queen - share a Jack & Jill bathroom, making this level ideal for families or multiple couples. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TVs, individual reading lights, and comfortable furnishings.
A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.
